5. Intellectual Property

Any code, designs, or documents we create for you are yours once payment is complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tools or processes developed by Next Cycle Solutions outside of your project remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, technical information, and any non-public materials.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due within 15 days of invoicing.
  • Late payments may result in paused work or added fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best, but we can’t guarantee our work will be error-free or fit every need. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages, like lost profits or data, related to our services.

9. Ending the Relationship

You can stop working with us at any time by giving written notice. We can also end the relationship with reasonable notice. You’ll only be billed for completed work up to that point.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of any major changes.
