3. Your responsibilities

• Respect the confidentiality of tools, documents, and recommendations we share.
• Pay invoices on time as agreed in your project or service agreement.

4. Our responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and development services professionally and in good faith.
• Communicate project updates clearly and on time.
• Keep your data and business information confidential.

5. Intellectual property

Any code, designs, or documents we create for you are yours once payment is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tools or processes developed by Next Cycle Consulting outside your project remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, technical information, and non-public materials.

7. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payments are due within 15 days of invoicing.
• Late payments may result in paused work or added fees.

8. Limitation of liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or fit every need. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, such as lost profits or data, related to our services.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop working with us at any time by giving written notice. We may also end the relationship with reasonable notice. You will only be billed for completed work up to that point.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will provide appropriate notice of major changes.
