Work

Where we have done this before.

Results from our principals' operating roles. We ran these teams and carried these numbers; we were not advising from outside. Company names are withheld, but the figures and operating context are real.

Operating results

Proof, not adjectives.

Growth · B2B SaaS, field sales

$3M → $10M ARR over six years

A founder-led sales-engagement platform had reached $3M ARR without repeatable product-market fit. We built a product excellence framework, connected roadmap decisions to revenue impact, and helped the business grow to $10M ARR with a product story that supported its Series A.

Scale · B2B SaaS, field sales

$100M → $1.5B addressable market

The company was competing for SMB deals in a narrow niche. We repositioned the product line for mid-market buyers and reworked roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market decisions around larger-deal requirements, expanding the addressable market fifteenfold.

Scale · Specialty retail

In progress AI build-versus-buy engagement

A national retailer needed to decide whether to build or buy AI-powered render visualization. We are defining requirements, evaluating vendor and internal options, and shaping a roadmap across digital, technology, and merchandising stakeholders.

Scale · Payments platform

20× increase in residual capture

A platform was leaving payment residuals on the table across a fragmented merchant base. We led the technical integration and customer migration onto a unified payments stack, increasing residual capture twentyfold.

Growth · Event and activity management

25% faster to market

A $27M product line was shipping slowly against outdated positioning. We re-engineered the go-to-market strategy and rebuilt the customer research practice, improving speed to market by 25%.

Launch · Fundraising software

$300K revenue in the first quarter

We scoped and launched a fundraising product adjacent to an existing payments platform, taking it from concept to first revenue in a single quarter.

Scale · Post-acquisition integration

60+ transition service agreements

Following the acquisition of a SaaS platform, the business had to be fully separated from its former parent and migrated onto Azure without disrupting institutional customers. We led the separation as general manager, coordinating more than sixty transition service agreements while rebuilding and expanding the development team to drive modernization.

Launch · Vertical SaaS, founding

First 12 enterprise clients

We co-founded a church management SaaS platform, secured its initial funding and first twelve enterprise clients, and architected the full system for membership, donations, and event management, including a touch-screen check-in product for real-time attendance tracking. The platform went on to serve large institutions worldwide.

Growth · Digital media platform

12 engineers, concept to launch

We built and led a twelve-person team to launch a large-scale eBook platform, architecting the full stack across iOS, Android, and web on an AWS backend and shipping a B2B API that enabled third-party sales and fulfillment.

Scale · Enterprise mobile

Full rebuild of the mobile portfolio

A supply chain and field service software company was carrying an aging mobile portfolio. We rebuilt every mobile application on modern open-source frameworks, released next-generation asset management software for a global enterprise client, and recruited and scaled the mobile team that took it forward.

Growth · B2B SaaS, operations

Reduced support load and onboarding time

A B2B SaaS platform growing quickly had fragmented API documentation and no clean handoff between support, product, and engineering. We rebuilt the workflows connecting those teams, consolidated the API documentation into a single developer-facing knowledge base, and worked directly with enterprise clients on integration and messaging-regulation compliance.

Launch · Connected home and energy

$11M in peak-period savings

We led the product team for a connected thermostat program and built a high-margin renewable product line around it. The program delivered $11M in peak-period savings at an 80% product margin.
